Your RealtorŪ is your home marketing specialist. While representing you in this transaction it is your agents job to be sure your home is marketed to as many home buyer's as possible. While marketing your home it is important that your home is kept in great shape and is available for showings. Selling your home is not always the most convenient process. It is very important that you make your home accessible to as many potential home buyer's as possible. 

After your home has been on the market for a few weeks your RealtorŪ will get feedback from other agents and all of the potential buyer's that viewed your home. This information is vital. Any negative feedback should be addressed. If it is possible to fix any of the problems mentioned you should do so. If there are not enough showings or no showings it is a good sign that there may be something wrong. You may consider reducing your asking or making a few changes.
